Shipping
When you place your order you will receive either Free Doorstep Delivery or Full Service Delivery & Assembly. We cover the shipping for every standard shipping order, regardless of size or price, across the US and Canada, or you can upgrade to full service set up for an additional fee.
Free Doorstep Delivery :
Standard shipping items are delivered to your front door. Some pieces may need minimal assembly—if so, it should take less than 20 minutes and easy-to-follow instructions will be included with your delivery.
Full Service Delivery: In-Home Delivery & Assembly
All items will be brought inside and assembled by our team. On your scheduled delivery day, our carrier will help you decide where to place your items and set it up. This service is available for an extra free.
Delivery Day
Prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call to schedule a time that works for you. Our logistics partners will bring larger items into your home and will set up them up for you.
What is your return policy?
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! We offer free 30 day refunds on all our products. If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to two years, beginning the day your order arrives at your home.
Please note that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.
Solid wood pieces may experience warping, cracking, and splitting due to environmental conditions, such as changes in humidity. If these pieces have not been properly maintained as per our care recommendations, they will not fall under our warranty.
Fading, pilling, and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings, and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and/or a lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.
Our warranty is non-transferable, and does not extend to resale, second-hand, final sale or floor model pieces. It also does not apply to products that are used for commercial purposes, unless those products are listed as commercial grade.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to all of the Canadian provinces and across the US. If you wish to ship your order to the Canadian Territories please reach out to our Customer Care team.
We hope to expand in the future so keep following along if you are located outside of Canada or the US.
Do you use wooden crates?
No! Kömfi intentionally uses recycled cardboard crating for a lower environmental impact.
How do I make a change to my order?
We can make changes to your order before it ships. If your order has already left our warehouse, we will do our best to stop the original items from reaching your home and replace them with what you really want.
Please email us at support@komfi.ca right away to make modifications to an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I want to cancel?
We provide full refunds for orders that are cancelled before they leave our warehouse. You have 30 days to try the product risk free for a full refund.
What happens if my product arrives in less than perfect condition?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We strive for all products to arrive to you in pristine condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please email support@komfi.ca with some images, a description of the problem, and your order number. Our Customer Care Associates will respond promptly to rectify the issue.
