Shipping policy

Free Standard Delivery With standard delivery, you will have delivery to the nearest threshold. You will likely need a second helper to move the sectional to your room of choice and unbox. This service is free with all orders.

White Glove Delivery Our White Glove Delivery team provides professional delivery to both homes and businesses and includes services such as in room placement and setup, debris removal, tracking system, and professionally trained uniformed crews with experience. This service is available for an extra fee.

Shipping
Kömfi offers Free Standard Delivery or White Glove Delivery across Canada and the US. Orders ship from our warehouses in BC or WA depending on your location and inventory. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number via our carrier. Once your order is close, our carrier will contact you to set up a delivery day and time that works for you. 

Delivery Day
You will receive a phone call to set up a time that works for you, prior to delivery via our logistics partner. Your order will be delivered to your entrance or room of choice, depending on the type of shipping you prefer. Every piece comes in its own box. 

Easy Returns
At Kömfi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day free trial period for every product you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase during this period, you can return it to us free of charge with no hidden fees.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at support@komfi.ca within 30 days of receiving your product. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product. Please keep the products original box.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event of an issue, please email support@komfi.ca with 3 images, a description of the problem and your order number. Our Customer Care Representatives will respond promptly to rectify the issue.

Refunds
When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to two years. 

Please not that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or dames resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire) and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.

Fading, pilling and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and or/lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.
