Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to two years. 

Please not that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or dames resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire) will not be covered by our warranty.

Fading, pilling and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and or/lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event of an issue, please email support@komfi.ca with 3 images, a description of the problem and your order number. Our Customer Care Representatives will respond promptly to rectify the issue.

When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
