Damages & Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kömfi. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it immediately upon receipt and contact us right away. We'll do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue, please email our customer support team at email@example.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and three images of the issue. Our Customer Care Representatives will respond promptly to help rectify the issue.
When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The average processing time is 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
