Refund Policy
We have a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return on all Kömfi items.
We know sectional shopping is difficult and there is no guarantee what you buy will fit your everyday needs. We want to make sure that your Kömfi sectional is perfect for you.
From the day you receive your Kömfi sectional, you have 30 days to sit on it, nap on it, binge-watch on it and everything else you could think of. If it doesn't fit your needs, we will take it back for free. Simply keep the original boxes.
If you decide that the Kömfi sectional is not for you, you can contact us directly at support@komfi.ca and we will make sure to process your request as soon as possible. The Kömfi team will send you a return label for your boxes and give you more information on how to proceed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An inquiry must be made within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
